We have been manufacturing the latex garments for large wholesalers, distributors and retail owners. In order to expand our business scope, we catch the trend and start doing retail business on line from last year. Our advantage is that we are the direct manufacturer therefore the price is low and the delivery is fast. We guarantee all products are free from defect in material or manufacturing.

4. Customs and Legal Restrictions

All products sold by Star latex Fashion Inc. are intended only for general novelty dressing purposes, fancy costumes, party wear or as collectors items. Star Latex Fashion Inc. will not be responsible for damage caused by inappropriate use or for a different purpose use of the products.

4.2 Star Latex Fashion Inc. is a registered company in China, trading according to all Chinese law commerce and e-commerce regulations. Please note that different countries have different import regulations or other restrictions of use. Whether importing/receiving something is allowed in your own country can depend on your law and customs. Also, whether import duties and special clearance procedures are needed depends on the law and customs regulations in the buyer’s country. Star Latex Fashion Inc. will not be reliable for items, which are opened, lost, detained or seized by postal or customs authorities. You as customer should adhere to the laws and regulations from your own country. The customer is responsible for any legal problems concerning customs in his country. All additional costs, if applicable, (import tax, local duties, V.A.T) must to be paid by the customer.

5. Delivery
5.1 Stock latex wear of Star Latex Fashion Inc. can be shipped within 2 weeks after we receive your payment.
5.2 Customized latex are hand made to order and therefore take time to produce. The items will be shipped in 4 weeks after we receive the payment and the statement of your size and requirement.
5.3 If a custom item is urgently required, please contact us before placing the order to check if we can meet your deadline. We will try our best to treat your order with priority in the production and dispatch departments.
5.5 Star Latex Fashion Inc. sell and ship to all the countries of the world. Star Latex Fashion Inc. will not ship any item to an unverified address or to anonymous users. Verified postal address is mandatory in order to protect the integrity of our business and of our customers.
5.6 All orders will be shipped to the customers’ address as per the customer’s instruction.
5.7 Combined shipping: in order to be eligible for combined shipping, buyers must complete the purchase of multiple items not more than 5 days after the end of the first won item. Combined shipping’s discount will be processed automatically or manually by Star Latex Fashion Inc and will appear in the invoice. The exact discount amount is difficult to determine in advance due to the different total weight and volume of the won items. Some items are charged by volume and others by weight. In all cases a total quote for the combined shipping’s costs will be informed prior or after bidding/buying.

6. Payment
6.1 All payments are due with the order. We accept PayPal, western union and bank transfer. For any other payment method, please contact us to discuss the possibility.
6.2 Payment should clear within 8 days after the end of the auction/buying. In case that the buyer fails to settle the due amount within 5 days, Star Latex Fashion Inc keeps the right to cancel the bidding/winning status of the purchase item and to release the item for re-sell.


7. Prices
7.1 All prices quoted in the website are exclusive of shipping and local import duties, except special statement.
7.2 Star Latex Fashion Inc. reserves the right to amend prices when necessary, without prior notice to customers. Whilst prices listed on the website’s website are correct at the time of production ( with the exception of print error), due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down ( e.g. due to sharp currency exchange rates changes).
8. Guaranty
8.1 Star Latex Fashion Inc. makes sure that all products are of the highest quality. In the unlikely case of damage to the products, caused by manufacturing failure, Star Latex Fashion Inc will compensate the buyer by replacing or refunding the purchase amount. Guaranty is usually granted only to direct customers and is not transferable to third parties.

9. Return Policy
9.1 All products sold by us is warranted to be free from defects in material or manufacturing. If you find a defect, please email us about it within 14 days after you receive the item, and we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
9.2 Tailor made or custom made items are not returnable, unless there are quality problem. We are not responsible for any size mistakes caused by consumers. Please take your measurement carefully when you place the order. However, we can help you repair it under certain rate.
9.3 All stock latex/rubber item can be exchanged without any reason within 7 days after you received the order, but customers have to pay the freights.
9.4 All items returned must be unworn or unused, and with no damage on packages, tags and labels.
8.5 We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Latex items are delicate and need to be treated with care. Please follow our instructions on clean and maintenance.
9.6 Please understand that there are color differences between pictures and real objects and that same color may appear differently in different monitors, so we do not accept items returned under the excuse like color difference between pictures and real objects.
9.7 Any garment like panties, bras, bikinis, and etc that covers an intimate area, is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as your customer’s protection.
9.8 Stock Item order can be canceled. If you wish to cancel the order, please inform us within 7 days of placing it. However, in order to compensate our loss, a 20% of the order value will be charged as handling cost.
10. Personal Information & Privacy
10.1 Star Latex Fashion Inc. will never disclose any customer information from our records to third parties without your explicit consent. Star Latex Fashion Inc. may use your information only for the purpose of processing orders from you and for correspondence with regards to placed orders and payments. Star Latex Fashion Inc. may use your information ( i.e. email address) for our own business analysis and marketing strategies purposes in a way that will not identity any individual customer.

11.1 Star Latex Fashion Inc. is a registered company in China. In legal disputes the China Law will apply.
