Order Handling Time:
1. Stock latex wears can be shipped within 2 weeks after we receive your payment.
2. Customized latex clothing are hand made to order and therefore take time to produce. The items will be shipped in 4 weeks after we reiceive the payment and the statement of your size and requirement.
3. If a custom item is urgently required, please contact us before placing the order to check if we can meet your deadline. We will try our best to treat your order with priority in the production and dispatch departments.
Shipping & Cost:
1. All prices are exclusive of shipping and local import duties, except special statement.
2. The shipping cost is calculated according to the weight and the destination. Normally, $20 will be charged to ship one item in one package to USA, and additional $10 will be added for one more item in the same package. Please contact us to consult more shipping cost information.
3. We deliver to every part of the world, using FedEx, EMS, UPS, TNT. We will inform you the tracking no. as soon as the parcel leaves us, and we will regularly check the condition of the parcel delivery for you.
4. All orders are securely packed and sent in discreet plain packaging without any mention of our company name or product name for your privacy and peace of mind.
Return Policy:
1. All products sold by us is warranted to be free from defects in material or manufacturing. If you find a defect, please email us about it within 14 days after you receive the item, and we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
2. Tailor made or custom made items are not returnable, unless there are quality problem. We are not responsible for any size mistakes caused by consumers. Please take your measurement carefully when you place the order. However, we can help you repair it under certain rate.
3. All stock latex/rubber item can be exchanged without any reason within 7 days after you recived the order, but customers have to pay the freights.
4. All items returned must be unworn or unused, and with no damage on packages, tags and labels.
5. We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Latex items are delicate and need to be treated with care. Please follow our instructions on clean and maintenance.
6. Please understand that there are color differences between pictures and real objects and that same color may apper differently in different monitors, so we do not accept items returned under the excuse like color difference between pictures and real objects.
7. Any garment(like panties, bras, bikinis, and tec) that covers an intimate area, is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as your customer’s protection.
8. Stock Item order can be canceled. If you wish to cancel the order, please inform us within 7 days of placing it. However, in order to conpensate our loss, a 20% of the order value will be charged as handling cost.
